Raishan the Diseased Deceiver

The Dragoness Raishan from Critical Role. I tried to draw scales like RJ Palmer does. This head design was also based off the dragons from the Magicians tv show: feminine but still draconic. As it had been a good long while since I'd listened to Campaign 1 I'd forgotten what her sickness looks like. Also added stripes for a more 'poisonous' look.
